Arloé Return Policy

We hope you adore your Arloé pieces — but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on hair accessories, brushes, combs, or hair tools. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase. 

If you purchased your item through an authorised Arloé retailer, please contact them directly — our team is only able to assist with orders placed through arloe.au.


International Orders

Due to the high cost of international shipping, we’re unable to offer exchanges for international orders.
For returns, we cannot reimburse shipping fees, duties, or taxes. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs, or issued as store credit.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item.
After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a replacement or refund for items that show damage or normal wear and tear.

For items reported damaged within 60 days of purchase, we may issue store credit for use at arloe.au.
Our team will review your enquiry within 2–3 business days, Monday to Friday, 8 AM–4 PM AWST.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Arloé is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order — we cannot refund or reship items due to incorrect addresses.

If you’ve added Shipping Protection at checkout, you’ll be covered for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. You can submit a claim through your shipping protection provider.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
Returned shipments due to address errors may incur a restocking fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
