We ship with love from Australia, straight to your door.

1. Order Processing

All orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way, including a tracking number so you can follow the journey.

During busy periods, please allow a little extra time, we promise it’s worth the wait. ✨

2. Shipping Rates

Australia: Flat rate of $9.95 AUD or Free Shipping for orders under 50 AUD
Express Shipping: Available for $14.95 AUD
New Zealand: Flat rate of $19.95 AUD
International: Rates calculated at checkout

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Australia: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
Express: 1–3 business days
New Zealand: 7–12 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on location and courier delays beyond our control.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email. If you don’t see them, check your junk or promotions folder, they sometimes like to hide there.

5. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact our support team at hello@arloe.com.au with your order number. We’ll help track it down and ensure it finds its way to you.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
