We gladly accept returns on new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, provided your return request is lodged within 14 days of receiving your order. Eligible items can be refunded to your original payment method (minus any shipping fees) or exchanged for store credit in the form of a gift code.
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used hair accessories, brushes, combs, or hair tools. Custom-made or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
